Color: Straw yellow with a light golden hue.

Nose: Light tropical fruits with figs, guava, and nectarine.

Palate: Light tropical fruit coming through, with some guava with a medium length and a generous amount of sweetness. This is a light bodied wine.

Drink by: Now until 2012, and longer if cellared correctly.

Pair with: It is all fruit and it pairs very nicely with many mild flavored foods, such as tuna, swordfish or an Asian stir-fry, chicken, turkey, fruit salads and sweet desserts.  Make sure to serve the Semi Sweet cool at around 43-47^oF.
